Albion Delta Thrashers

Bucky Albion Delta Thrashers certainly brings a thrashy tone to their patented doom and roll aesthetic. The songs are fueled by punk rock while dragging the trenches in a rusted doom metal chassis.

Tad Album is very solid. The following is MY opinion: I am not a punk person. Hearse has a couple punk thrashers on the album, and punk is ingrained in their sound, but overall the sound and feel of Hearse is consistent (something I love) and there are plenty of great riffs, wah, and fuzz. So if you liked any of their back catalog, you will dig this. When the Lord calls me home, I wanna be transported to my final resting place in an Iron Hearse with Praise Iommi on my headstone. Favorite track: Let Down By Lyfe.

Blood stained boots, these are yours A myriad of disgusting chores It’s time to learn what people fear You’ll never guess what they do in here Shoved down a ramp, trapped inside Fall to your knees, it’s murder time Your senses start to crystalise and You can’t feel the whites of your eyes You just get in line with your fucking death sandwich You just get in liiiiiiiiiiiine Nothing’s getting out alive A nation feeling it’s deprived Hack and slash, mash and dice Get what they want you pay the price Brand new taste but it’s just the same Diluted with sludge and shame At the bottom of the reduced to clear basket A rotten meal deal in the supermarket You just get in line with your fucking death sandwich You just get in liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine Two slices of shit!

Excuse me if I’m not a stranger To your sleazy echo chamber Chance to improve never took it Empty high street, you’re complicit I don’t wanna go to Sharkbite City Never even saw the signs Stabbings behind county lines Your vision hasn’t gone as planned There’s white dogshit in the derelict bandstand They don’t wanna go to Sharkbite City Shopping trolleys in the lake One way system takes days to navigate No funds left in the inventory Leap from the roof of the multi storey No one wants go to Sharkbite City Cause it’s fucking shit

about

If you’ve been following us this long, then you’ll know how we go about our business by now. One weekend, eleven songs.

Saying all that, this wasn’t supposed to be an eleven-song album. Far from it. We surprised ourselves that we managed to force this much stuff out in a weekend to be honest. Next time we’ll be aiming to do a minimum thirteen tracks.

Three of the songs here were supposed to be saved for a split lathe cut EP to be released in 2022 but as prices, postage rates (especially overseas) and lead times have spiralled out of everyone's control we decided to just chuck them on here. You can probably guess which ones, it's not hard.

Anyway - hope you enjoy this. We think it's probably our most "complete" album to date.
